5 Minute Super Crispy Jalebi


Thand ke mausam me garma-garamjalebi khane ka maza hi kuch aur hota hai. Agar aaj aapko jalebi ki zabardast craving ho rahi hai, to aap bilkul sahi jagah par ho!

Aaj main share kar rahi hoon instant crispy jalebi recipe, jo bas 10–15 minute me ban kar tayyar ho jati hai — bina kisi fermentation ke!

Isme use hota hai Hydro (HPMC) jo jalebi ko halwai wali extra crispiness deta hai. Ek baar ye banakar dekhiye, aapka bazaar se jalebi lane ka mann hi nahi karega.

Ingredients (Instant Jalebi)


For Batter

Maida – 1 cup (120 g)

Cornflour – 3 tbsp

Hydro – 1 g

Lemon juice – ½ tsp

Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Orange/Yellow food colour – 2–3 pinches (optional)

Lukewarm water – as required

Oil – for frying

For Sugar Syrup (Chashni)

Sugar – 1 cup

Water – ⅓ cup

Elaichi powder – 1 pinch

Few drops kewra water

Step-by-Step Method


Step 1️⃣ – Batter Prep


Aik bowl me:

✔ 1 cup maida

✔ 3 tbsp cornflour

✔ Food colour

✔ ½ tsp lemon juice


Achhi tarah mix karein.

Ab thoda-thoda luke warm water dal kar smooth batter banayein.

Whisk ko 3–4 minute chalayein taaki air bubbles create ho jayein.

Ab isme 1 gram Hydro add karein.


👉 Hydro Add Karne Ka Sahi Tarika


Aik chammach garam pani lein

Upar se 1 g Hydro sprinkle karein

30 sec baad ise batter me daal kar mix kar dein


Batter ki consistency flowy – ribbon form honi chahiye.

Step 2️⃣ – Prepare Sugar Syrup


Pan me:


1 cup sugar

⅓ cup water

Medium flame par pakayein.

Kewra water + cardamom powder add karein.


Thodi der me chashni 1-taar (one-string) consistency ki ho jayegi.

Step 3️⃣ – Frying the Jalebi


Ab jab jalebi fry karne lagein, tab ¼ tsp baking soda batter me add karein.

Oil ko medium-high heat par garam karein.

Batter ko bottle ya piping bag me bhar kar jalebi shape banayein.

Light golden hote hi palat dein. dusri taraf se bhi fry kar le , Ab ise Chashni me dale.

Step 4️⃣ – Soaking in Chashni


Jalebi ko frying se nikalte hi garam-garm chashni me 15–20 sec dip karein.

Chashni na bahut hot, na thandi honi chahiye. Chashni itni garam honi chahiye ki bus isme ubal na aaye

✔ Extra crispy chahiye → 20–30 sec double fry karein

Agar Aapko Hydro Nahi dalna hai to aapko beter ko  farmanation karna hoga iske liye aapko 7/8 ghanta better ko rakhna hoga iske baad hi jalebi crispy banegi 

colour optional hai aap agar chahe to dale aur chahi to na dale yeh totely optional hai 

10 se 15 minute me yeh jalebi ban kar tayyar ho jati hai , aur yeh bahoot hi crispy aur tasty banti hai
